What You’ll Need:

• 200ml Arla BOB milk
• Shot of espresso

What To Do:

• Shoot your espresso into the base of your cup and then heat Arla BOB milk using the steam wand to achieve a smooth textured consistency (what baristas call microfoam). Simply pour the textured milk into the espresso.
• If you haven’t got an espresso machine at home make a strong short pot of Cafetiere coffee.
• Heat the milk in the microwave then give it a quick whisk using a small electric latte whisk. This will add a bit of texture to the milk.
• Then simply pour in your strong coffee to fill a third of the cup and top with your hot milk.
