An exotic, and flavourful dinner-time treat, spoil yourselves this evening with this marinated prawns recipe. Have a glass of milk or water at the ready as this recipe packs a spicy punch.

What You’ll Need:
- Prawn (16 pieces)
- Butter
- Lemon Juice
- Chopped Coriander
- Chat Masala
- Jhinga Marination
- Refined Oil (For Basting)
For first marination:
- salt
- ginger garlic paste
- mustard oil
- red chilli powder
What To Do:
- Take prawns with tail on and make slit from centre and de-vein clean and pat dry
- Put all ingredients of first marination in a bowl and mix well
- Add prawns in this mixture and marinate for 30 mins
- Coat the prawns with Jhinga marination and put them over skewers
- Put the skewer in tandoor and take out when half cooked
- Baste with refined oil and cook again until done
- Place on a platter and serve hot sprinkle with Chat masala
