What You’ll Need:

  • 1 banana
  • 250ml filtered water
  • 100g blueberries
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 rosemary sprig, leaves removed and finely chopped

What To Do:

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz to your preferred consistency.
