Try this delicious twist on a classic cocktail – it’s great at any time of the year.

What You’ll Need:
- 50ml Waitrose Pressed English Apple Juice
- 20ml Waitrose Elderflower Cordial
- 125-150ml Valdo Oro Pure Prosecco Superiore
- 1 strawberry
- Small sprig of fresh mint
What To Do:
- Pour the juice and cordial into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top up with the Prosecco.
- Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and a mint sprig in place of the strawberry’s stalk (replacing its leaves).
