Serves 4 

Cooking time: 35 mins

What You’ll Need: 

  • Prawn (16 pieces)
  • Butter
  • Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Chat Masala
  • Jhinga Marination
  • Refined Oil (For Basting)

For first marination:

  • salt
  • ginger garlic paste
  • mustard oil
  • red chilli powder

What To Do:

  • Take prawns with tail on and make slit from centre and de-vein clean and pat dry
  • Put all ingredients of first marination in a bowl and mix well
  • Add prawns in this mixture and marinate for 30 mins
  • Coat the prawns with Jhinga marination and put them over skewers
  • Put the skewer in tandoor and take out when half cooked
  • Baste with refined oil and cook again until done
  • Place on a platter and serve hot sprinkle with Chat masala
